Fourth generation professional auctioneers and valuers
Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP has been instructed by the directors to assist in the sale of a technology company specialising in providing SAAS platforms.
Due to the financial position and several other circumstances associated with the company it is anticipated that a sale of the business and assets may have to be completed through a formal insolvency procedure.
Background
Established in 2003, the Company provides a range of sector-specific, easily implemented software products that fit most businesses with a mobile workforce.
The two platforms are currently used by bulk haulage, waste and skip companies, telecoms, plant hire, civil engineering, renewable energies and asset management companies of all different sizes. The waste and haulage platform can be sold, automatically deployed and billed entirely through the company’s website.
The platforms have been built and developed by highly experienced in-house developers and marketeers and are hosted on AWS cloud.
