JPS Chartered Surveyors have been engaged by the company to expose the opportunity and seek offers for the assets of the business including whatever right, title or interest the company has in :
- Fully customisable online booking system—Built on Laravel (PHP framework – open source). The IP is around the creation of an all in one package that allows clients to have their own instance of the system and take bookings, manage customers, integrate with Stripe (for payments and refunds) and manage events. It is entirely written using open source software and free third party packages.
- Domain Names—getkoob.co.uk, koob.cloud, koobing.cloud, koobing.co, koobing.co.uk, koobing.online
