Introduction

Dow Schofield Watts Business Recovery LLP has been instructed by the board of directors to assist in the sale of a business specialising in the provision of a recruitment technology platform for hiring, retaining and managing compliance. The business trades through 4 legal entities (“the Group”).

Due to the financial position of the Group, it is anticipated that a sale of the business and assets will be completed through a formal insolvency procedure.


Background

The business was founded in 2016 with headquarters in the Northwest of England. The core business focuses on the delivery of its services to the Facilities Management sector. Its proprietary
technology platforms operate on individual technology stacks allowing the business to offer its products as a standalone or holistic solutions.

The business operates 3 distinct service lines:
1. A hiring marketplace connecting companies and workers on an ad hoc or permanent basis.
2. Employment reference checks, automating the pre-employment screening process and onboarding.
3. An accessible and flexible pay system for workers providing instant access to earned wages.
