OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity arises to purchase whatever right, title and interest the Joint Liquidators hold in the Company’s IPR of a project which has developed a peer-to-peer support platform for people with mental health conditions.
OVERVIEW/KEY FEATURES
The Company was creating an interactive peer-to-peer mental health support application, with in-built human centred machine learning. The application focuses on user interaction and feedback to help users with similar symptoms.
The Company developed a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) website with Artificial Intelligence and Data Science features to it could test the support application by offering users the ability to interact with other users.
The MVP has formed the basis for the next stage of development, the Mobile Application. The development of the Mobile Application is thought to be 90% complete. This is being developed with another third-party company.
The Funding body of the overall project was Innovate UK who have injected over £141k.
Due to the financial position of the Company, the purchase will be executed at the earliest opportunity. All interested parties will be requested to sign an non-disclosure agreement.
