ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITY – Project Orlando
Fourth generation professional auctioneers and valuers
Energy and ESG proptech provider – operating nationally with considerable international capabilities.
Overview
The company currently designs, installs and supports energy and ESG monitoring systems in commercial and residential premises, working with a network of blue-chip clients that operate multi-premises portfolios.
The business’s systems are integrated in existing and new developments, which, combined with data-driven digital infrastructure, provide a comprehensive solution for property owners and operators to monitor and optimise a building’s energy performance, reduce waste and remain compliant.
Our clients are now seeking to onboard a partner to facilitate a transition into a fully SaaS model, which would underpin the company’s ongoing expansion throughout the UK and into the EMEA region. Offers invited.
