Introduction

RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP has been instructed by the board of Directors to assist in the opportunity to acquire the business and assets of a leading Christmas and outdoor living wholesale supplier, based in the UK (‘the Company’)

Company Overview

  • An established wholesale supplier of well-known industry brands.
  • Trading under owned trademarks and recognised brands under license agreements.
  • Operates through both B2B and B2C sales channels utilising a variety of distribution platforms with ecommerce capability.
  • The Company serves retailers (predominantly Garden Centres) across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.
  • It owns a freehold property and operates in a leasehold warehouse situated in the North West with distribution networks across the country.
  • The Company operates on average gross sale margin of between 25% to 35%.
  • There are 15 employees.

Investment Opportunity and Deal Specifics

  • Opportunity to purchase the entire business and assets, or specific key assets including domain names/website, intellectual property brands and Summer and Winter stock.
  • As well as to acquire an established customer base, freehold and leasehold property and assets in situ. A forward order book for 2026 currently £1.3m.
