Congratulations, you’ve just won at auction! Now comes the important next step: collecting your items. At JPS Chartered Surveyors, we want this process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. This auction collection guide explains everything you need to know about collection, delivery, and courier options, so you know exactly what to expect once the hammer falls.

Booking Your Collection Slot

All collections are by appointment only, whether from our Manchester warehouse or from an on-site auction.

You’ll find the collection booking link in your auction invoice email.
Make sure your items are paid for before booking – unpaid slots will be cancelled.
Bookings include both your collection data and an estimated time of arrival.

This system helps us keep collections safe, organised, and efficient, especially when handling bulky or industrial equipment.

If you have any queries regarding booking a collection slot, please contact us or call 0161 767 8001, and member of our team will be happy to assist you.

What to Bring with You

When you arrive to collect, you’ll need a copy of your auction invoice (printed or digital). If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance and ensure they also have a copy of your invoice. Couriers can collect too, as long as we’ve received your authorisation.
